Once you have placed the order, the following will happen:

• You will receive a text message and email confirming your order and payment.
• The property assessor will make contact with you within 1 working day to arrange an appointment to visit the property and carry out the service.
• We will send you the complete EPC, normally within 3-4 working days of the order being placed.
